By looking through all the tons of infos and details on the net, did you get the concept of the "Smart Tools", because that is what you are looking at. A knob on the Smart Controls Window is not necessarily a single Parameter, they could control multiple parameters in a complex way. Every Patch you load can have different configurations of those knobs and switches.
Open all the Plugin (their Plugin Window) that are loaded with a Patch and see what individual Parameters are controlled by a specific knob in the Smart Controls Window.
